               1 year tenure      10% discount on purchases
               2 year tenure      15% discount on purchases
               3+ year tenure    20% discount on purchases

• Offer is valid for customers with Microsoft Dynamics service plan renewal date is on or before July 4, 2012.  Renewals must be processed by June 22, 2012
• A minimum purchase of $2,500 is required and a maximum discount cannot exceed $5,000
