HYPE For The Holidays
When: Wednesday, December 2, 2015 | 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Where: Houston Zoo | 6200 Hermann Park Drive, Houston, TX 77030 What: Celebrate the holidays in HYPE style at the Houston Zoo. We’ll go wild with networking, appetizers, and a cash bar in the Natural Encounters Building. Afterwards, we’ll take a stroll through a winter wonderland of lights as we take in the wonder that is the 2015 Zoo Lights. Participate in HYPE’s 2015 book drive, benefiting Early Matters a 2015 initiative of the Greater Houston Partnership. Please bring an unwrapped book or make a monetary donation while attending HYPE for the Holidays, and help make a difference in the lives of Houston’s children. 2015 Rotary Lombardi Award

When: Wednesday, December 9, 2015 | 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Where: Revention Music Center | 520 Texas Avenue, Houston, TX 77002 What: The four finalists to receive the Vince Lombardi Award are Joey Bosa, Ohio State University; Myles Garrett, Texas A&M University; Shaq Lawson, Clemson University; and Carl Nassib, Penn State University. The Rotary Lombardi Award is distributed annually to one college football lineman-offense or defense- or linebacker who exhibits the discipline of world renowned Vince Lombardi. The 2015 Award winner will be revealed on Dec 9, 2015. All proceeds from the award benefit the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Children’s Hospital and Texas Children’s Hospital Cancer and Hematology Center. PKF Texas’ team members are involved on the Executive Committee and the Young Professional Advisory Board for the Rotary Lombardi Award.
