PKF Texas Receives National Recognition for Client Service, Culture, and Workplace Flexibility

HOUSTON – September 13, 2017 – Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas, P.C. (PKF Texas) has recently been honored in Accounting Today’s Best Accounting Firms to Work For, When Work Works Award, Inavero’s Best of Accounting, and Inside Public Accounting’s Top 200.

“We are honored to be among the firms recognized in these prestigious awards,” said Kenneth Guidry, CPA, President. “Being among the top firms showcases the resources we have to serve our clients. Our ongoing efforts to build and improve our firm have resulted in these recognitions.”

The Best Accounting Firms to Work For survey and award program were designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the accounting industry, benefiting the nation's economy, its workforce and businesses. The annual list of “Best Accounting Firms” was created by Accounting Today and Best Companies Group.

The prestigious When Work Works award, part of the national When Work Works project administered by the Families and Work Institute (FWI), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), recognizes employers of all sizes and types in Texas and across the country. Worksites must qualify by ranking in the top 20 percent of the country based on a nationally representative sample of employers.

Inavero’s Best of Accounting recognizes accounting firms that have demonstrated exceptional service quality based exclusively on ratings provided by their clients. On average, clients of the 2017 winners are more than 4x more likely to be satisfied than the industry’s average accounting firm client.

For the Inside Public Accounting IPA 200, more than 500 accounting firms across North America complete an in-depth financial and operational survey. The data is then used to compile the rankings of the nation’s largest accounting firms, which is unveiled in August of each year.
