Elizabeth Guffy is Senior Counsel with Locke Lord and has over 25 years of experience in all areas of bankruptcy and finance law. She has represented foreign and domestic energy companies, both as creditors and as debtors. She frequently serves as an appointed trustee in chapter 11 cases. As a trustee and as a representative of parties, she has overseen or been directly involved in the sale of businesses and assets of bankrupt entities.Jay Krasoff is a Managing Director of Chiron Financial Group, Inc., a Houston-based investment bank. He has over 30 years of investment banking experience and has spent most of his career advising clients in the energy industry on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and capital raises. Jay has extensive experience working with public and private companies and investors in the Oil and Gas, LNG, Energy Services and Equipment, Power Generation and Energy Technology sectors.
