- Nicole Riley, CPA, CFE, Audit Director
- Chris Dodd, CPA, Tax Director
- Emily Smikal, CPA, Tax Director
These promotions were effective as of January 1, 2021.

Riley joined the firm in 2014 and leads PKF Texas’ growing not-for-profit practice. She has over 10 years of experience performing financial statement audits and providing consulting services to her clients. Additionally, she frequently speaks on a variety of topics in the marketplace, as well as contributing valuable articles on a variety of topics including management of not-for-profit organizations.
Dodd’s career at PKF Texas started in 2009, where he has developed considerable experience in a variety of industries, including private equity-backed companies, energy and oilfield services, professional services, and owner-managed businesses.
Smikal started her career in 2009 at PKF Texas, and her experience covers a variety of tax areas with a focus on serving high net-worth individuals, family and middle market enterprise clients and their owners, as well as not-for-profit organizations. She also leads PKF Texas’ position as the accounting firm for the Aggie 100.
