John: It’s great to be back, Greg.
Greg: John, we’ve been talking about NAV-X, the distribution software the past few weeks. Is this particular product getting any traction in the marketplace?
John: Oh, you bet. We’re taking orders.
Greg: That’s fantastic. So people are resonating with the product. What do you think are some of the key features that they’re buying when they see this?
John: Visibility, velocity and victory. Visibility for your people and your organization to make them more efficient. Visibility for your vendors so that they can also be more efficient and supply you as you need. Visibility, most importantly, for your customers. An integrated system where all of this comes together. Velocity is the way you can shorten the inventory cycles and shorten the time from order to cash. The last one, of course, is victory because with these elements you will have victory over your competitors.
Greg: So now I see why we’re taking orders for this product. The customers are actually seeing the benefit of making the investment.
