The Rice Business Plan Competition kicks off Thursday morning. Things are a little different for me as a judge this year. I will be still sitting in on one of the flights, but will not turn in any scores on the teams. I am the one who will be tabulating all of the results for each flight during the competition. In order to stay independent, I won’t be live blogging like I have in years past. Below is the competition schedule:

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Equipment Check for Teams
2:00 pm – 5:30 pm – Feedback Round for Teams (non-scoring)
5:30 pm – 8:30 pm – Kick-off Reception & Team Showcase, Elevator Pitch Competition, and Texas Bar-B-Q Dinner
