Investments in Our Community
Committed to Houston and Beyond
CO-CREATE | CO-DEVELOP | DELIVER
A Houston-based firm of CPAs and professional advisors co-developing solutions with our clients at every stage of the business life cycle.
At PKF Texas, we take our role in the Houston community seriously.
Whether we are spending our afternoon at the Houston Food Bank, raising money through the PKF Texas Foundation for the Houston Area Women’s Center, Texas Children’s Hospital, or Hurricane Harvey Relief, or serving on committees of the Greater Houston Partnership or the Houston CPA Society, the people of PKF Texas are proud to give their time back to their community.
We are proud of our community and want people to recognize Houston as a center for entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation. That's why we sponsor business plan competitions at Texas A&M and Rice University, and events such as the Aggie 100, Cougar 100, and the Greater Houston Partnership's Soiree.
Team members of all levels are encouraged to support a variety of business, educational and philanthropic organizations they are passionate about. We have an annual program where a charity is selected by the PKF Texas team members to receive our support throughout the year. Activities include on-site volunteering, "dress for your day" and events to raise funds, which we donate to the chosen groups. Additionally, each PKF Texas team member receives 8 hours of paid time to volunteer for the charity of their choice.
Beyond traditional sponsorships, we make investments in organizations and events we believe make a difference to our clients and which play an integral role in defining Houston as a great city to live, work, and play. Check our calendar for some of the events we are involved in around the community.
