As a human capital professional, I can have a profoundly positive impact on team members just by fulfilling my duties. The daily duties of my career make team members' welfare and happiness a matter of professional responsibility.
What energizes you about working at PKF Texas?
I'm in a unique position to be on the front lines of team members' problem-solving. It's really gratifying to help an employee with their health insurance while also providing guidance with performance improvement.
Why are you passionate about serving this niche?
Being in human capital provides a rewarding opportunity to not just to improve the firm, but also the individual team members I work alongside.

What's your favorite sport to follow?
I enjoy watching American Ninja Warrior, because people volunteer and complete with themselves and others to a meet a series of rigorous obstacles. What other way to motivate yourself!
Who was/is the most influential person in your life?
My mother. I have no idea how she could have possibly raised me and my four brothers with all the many obstacles she faced.
