What energizes you about your job?
People are my passion. I love building relationships and connecting top talent with great opportunities. I think it's important to love what you do, love where you work and enjoy who you work with. Thus, I love helping people find the right fit for them, and I think it's important to make sure we strive to keep our employees happy.
What energizes you about working at PKF Texas?
When I think about PKF Texas, I think variety, opportunities, flexibility, great culture, wonderful people and awesome perks. PKF Texas encourages its employees to seek out their passions and grow. That's the very reason why I enjoy it so much and have chosen to stay at PKF Texas for over 10 years now.
Why are you passionate about serving this niche?
Being that I am a CPA and originally started out as a Tax Associate at PKF Texas, it's obvious I love numbers and the accounting industry. As I progressed in my career, I also realized how much I loved helping clients and candidates, which led me to my current role. I think the accounting profession has so much to offer, which is why I've chosen two career paths in the accounting industry.

All kinds!

I don't really have a favorite. I don't get the chance to read much, but when I do, it's normally something fun or self-motivating.
What's your favorite vacation destination?
That's hard... I have so many, and my bucket list is endless! I would have to narrow it down to Iceland, Australia, New Zealand and Turks and Caicos.
Favorite movie?
I have several... Father of the Bride, The Notebook, The Holiday and Christmas Vacation.
Who was/is the most influential person in your life?
My parents.
What is your most prized possession?
My family and photos.
What’s something cool we don’t know about you?
I've climbed the Sydney Harbor bridge, gone dog-sledding at midnight over glaciers in Iceland and gotten stuck in the elevator on the Eiffel Tower.
